There was a moment I’ll never forget.

I was standing in front of the mirror, staring at a woman I barely recognized. Tired eyes. A weary heart. Years of single motherhood, heartbreak, menopause, and rebuilding from the ground up had left their marks—not just on my skin, but on my spirit.

I had given so much to others, to work, to surviving… that somewhere along the way, I stopped seeing me. 

Then one morning, I whispered something that changed everything:
“You are enough.”

That tiny sentence became a ritual. Every day, I stood in front of that mirror and affirmed something kind, something powerful. Over time, something shifted. My confidence didn’t return in one big wave—but my inner light began to glow again.

That’s when Affirm by Sonia was born.
